Schwerer Gustav, Super Rail Gun
Schwerer Gustav or heavy Gustav was the biggest rail gun ever made (so far). It was planned in 1934 for the invasion of France. The gun was made to transport on the rail and planned to be used on rail also. Because of the size, it took 3 days to construct the weapon. But the building time was too long that it missed the invasion.
The life of this gun was 1941 to 1945. Because of the size, it took many crew members. Especially, 250 for constructing the gun, 2,500 to lay the track, and 2 anti-aircraft battalions since it was visible due to its size. By end of the world, it was disassembled for not to be caught by the soviet.
