UFO in Ancient Korea

Many Asian Country (INcluding Korea of Course) had kingdoms and dynasty. And many of those kingdoms and dynasty had records of news and what the kings said or what he did. Joseon dynasty, the last dynasty of Korea (1392–1897), had many books and records of kings and news, and some may seem particularly weird or sometimes scary. Last time, I have written about a monster in Seoul in Joseon dynasty, but today, I will talk about UFo in Joseon.

On July 22, 1413, a bell flew from the North. Well… not really a bell is it. King Taejong, gathered astronomers and asked: “In the of Budda, what was that?” (Not really, but he did gather astronomers and asked about the “bell”). The astronomers were obviously confused and couldn’t tell the King, which they were brutally punished. Maybe there is more to this then we know, or maybe not, the only way to learn this is the other half of thousands of records in the North, currently, the South only has 2,077 records. The mystery may be solved when the South and the North gets reunified, but we will never know until then.
