Why America Is Divided and The Media Is Not Helping It

Now, to understand what I am about to say, keep reminding yourself that there is never and never nor always in human; there are always exceptions.

Let’s face it, America has never been this severely divided since the Civil War, but why is that and why is the media fanning a burning house?

It seems that it all began since the election or even the announcement that Donald Trump will run for the presidency. Now, it is no surprise that a nation is divided during an election. However, when Trump was elected, it was when the problems emerged, like a crocodile looking for a midnight snack.

The rise of the new generation also did not help (P.S. I know I am part of this generation, but I know it is a problem). While the greatest generation had to go through a war and the so-called “boomers” rising the capital of the country, the modern generation, let’s say, had a diamond spoon in their mouth when they were born. They never really worked as hard as the other two-generation. Now, of course, this does not apply to all, some worked harder than their parents, but the majority didn't have to. And when they were raised, the boomer generation told their children that “you are special”. Now, this led to many new generation percent believing what they think is correct and they are “special”. Once again, this does not all, but most are.

So, imagine a Trump vs. Clinton but the voters are these self-centered kid who think they are correct and if others don’t agree, they are wrong, not the slightest chance of realization that they might be wrong. However, how does the media plays in this messed-up mess we call American politics. Well, kinda big.

See, there are no nonbias media in America. Now you may say, oh what about CNN or ABC?! Well, that’s the exact proof that those networks biases. America right now is profoundly liberal, proof you say? Well, Gina Carano getting fired, the anti-Trump movement, an idol image of a Republican being an old rich white male, and so much. Why is that when I ask about Trump, it is always negative and Obama being always positive? Why is that being a Conservative means we are all religious or racisit? No doubt, America is liberal and so is the media.

Name a news program that mentions that Trump is not an antichrist or a racist, name a news program that mentions that ANTIFA’s violent protest. Now, the only program that does do this is probably the Daily Wire or FOX. However, that is also a problem. They do not mention Trump’s issue and stupidity nor the issue posed by the racist. The media is profoundly bias and that is a problem.

By giving only facts that their political sides will like, it is further separating already sensitive America. What we need is news that is unbias, showing the good sides and also the bad sides. Will it be hard? Of course, but so was it taking down Germany and Japan, but we did it. We have to the same thing, do it.
